Open Question: wireless internet question?

I'm not very good with computers and connecting to the internet. The apt. i just moved into has free high-speed internet. There is an ether net jack on the wall, i plugged my macbook in with an ether net cord and it worked fine. What do I need to do to go wireless? Do I need a modem and a router or would just a router work? If the get the Apple Airport would it work or do I need to buy a modem? Any help would be appreciated.... Read More »
